Advised on launching of IT companies in Ukraine; an asset management company on USD 180 m issuance of investment certificates, on its investment activity, including its investment funds Represented a client before the administrative court, court of appeal and Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine in dispute against state tax authorities (USD 2 m tax dispute).

The tax practice at Gramatskiy&Partners supports clients in corporate transactions and helps to develop tax-efficient trade schemes and commercial arrangements. Gramatskiy&Partners advises domestic and international clients on currency restrictions and regulatory matters. The firm has continued to broaden its expertise in financial monitoring and anti-money laundering matters, as well as international procedures for banking operations and regulatory compliance. The lead partners are Igor Reutov, Ernest Gramatskiy and Denys Boginich, who also handle restructuring and refinancing work relating to cross-border trade. Reutov advised PTS UA Services on a $3m debt to a creditor in the Isle of Man.
