Gramatskiy and Partners was founded in 1998. From the moment of its establishment the firm perceived business legal practice as its own professional vocation, as well as a mission of serving the public. Mr Ernest Gramatskiy, the founder and president of Gramatskiy and Partners, has been representing the unique philosophy and style of the firm for many years. He forms its strategy and carries out the most important projects in court practice, foreign investments and international trade, business restructuring and company law. Mr Gramatskiy combines legal practice with fundamental science and teaching activity (chair of civil law, Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University). He is the founder and curator of many national and international projects on entrepreneurship and the defence of public liberties.
