Partner, Joint Head of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution. Tracy guides clients through commercial disputes using mediation, settlement negotiations or litigation as necessary. She has over 16 years’ experience in all forms of dispute resolution, acting for a wide range of clients across varied sectors including education, healthcare and not for profit.
Her considerable expertise includes enforcing restrictive covenants, shareholder and boardroom disputes. She also advises on complex contractual matters, professional negligence issues, insurance matters and intellectual property concerns.
