Jacqui deals with broad-reaching projects and portfolios across all property disciplines. With over 25 years’ experience Jacqui advises residential, commercial, and mixed-use developers on all stages of a project from site acquisition to disposal, including planning, licensing, construction, and promotion.
Jacqui also advises lenders, borrowers, and sellers on the investment side of transactions. Another area of expertise is commercial landlord and tenant law, with experience of the retail sector where Jacqueline has worked with numerous high street brands. Proficient at dealing with the specific needs of leisure, healthcare, and sporting organisation occupiers.
