Career

Maksym has been practicing law since 2002. He specializes in litigation (civil and commercial disputes), criminal law (business defense, white collar crime); protection of property rights; corporate disputes (defense against hostile takeovers and corporate raids); representation in courts (commercial and administrative jurisdictions).

In 2005 he defended his dissertation on the specialty 12.00.01, was awarded the scientific degree of Candidate of Law. Since than he has been teaching and conducting scientific activities, on the position of Associate Professor at the National Law University named after Yaroslav the Wise.
