Ph.D Artem Stoyanov, attorney-at-law, is a senior partner at LCF Law Group. He leads banking and finance practice of the firm. The panel of his banking clients is from top25 banks, operating in Ukraine. He has a remarkable track record in representing financial institutions, corporations and individuals in complex domestic and cross-border commercial disputes. He also advises on complex bankruptcy and restructuring projects.
Senior partner at LCF Law Group (since 2009). Previously, he worked as an associate at Baiybarza, Volkov and Partners (2002), at Magister (2004), and was a founder of his own law firm Private Law Center (2006).
English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Admitted to the Ukrainian Bar Association and member of its Board; Member of Scientific-Expert Council at the Committee for European integration under the Parliament of Ukraine. Apart from legal practice he is a Deputy Chairman of the Control and Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine.
Artem Stoyanov graduated from Institute of International relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with Specialist diploma in International law and interpreter of English in 2002.
