Ph.D Anna Ogrenchuk, attorney-at-law, is a managing partner of LCF Law Group and is highly regarded as a business‑oriented and energetic litigator. She has more than 15 year practice, focused on complex, multi-jurisdictional, high-value disputes, and has a unique experience at the Supreme Court of Ukraine and Higher Specialized Courts of Ukraine. She has also an outstanding track record in bankruptcy and restructuring, antitrust and competition, corporate and finance law. She serves clients from banking, energy, mining, infrastructure, agribusiness, and pharmaceutical sectors.


Mrs. Ogrenchuk started her career with the law firm Aries (2002), where she has been eventually promoted to senior partner, than established own litigation boutique firm Griffon (2007), and after the merger continued as a managing partner of LCF Law Group (2009).

Admitted to Ukrainian Bar Association (since 2006) and is a head of the Bar’s committee on procedural law; member of the Judicial Reform Council under the President of Ukraine.

LCF Law Group‘s main focus is on litigation and it handles numerous cases related to banking and finance. Nevertheless, in recent years, it has become more heavily involved in transactional matters, including structuring project financings, debt restructuring and refinancing.
