Salla advises clients in various conflict management matters from the negotiations to avoid the dispute to complex arbitration and litigation proceedings. She is often handling large and demanding insolvency related cases, such as recovery or damage claims, or advising clients facing economic distress as she has highly regarded practical understanding of Finnish insolvency proceedings. Salla is also involved with distressed transactions. Salla’s expertise on dispute resolution covers also, among others, commercial, corporate, M&A, IT and construction related matters. Salla works frequently as an arbitrator. She also acts as an administrator in corporate restructuring proceedings and as a liquidator in voluntary company law proceedings. Salla has also unique expertise within the field of pension insurance legislation and practicalities as she has worked as a fund manager in a pension fund.
