Position

Maaike de Wit is specialised in complex development projects. She focusses on drafing and negotiating project documentation as well as advising and litigating on environmental law regarding zoning plans and permits (including Wro, Wabo, Housing Act and Environmental Act). She furthermore has a keen interest in sustainability in real estate (re)developments. Her keen eye for the interests of the parties involved enables her to advise the client not only on the legal aspects but also at a strategic level.

Career

After having worked for several years as a senior lawyer real estate at Houthoff Buruma, she became a partner at Straatman Koster Lawyers in 2008. After having worked at other law firms in the period of 2013-2017, she again became a partner at Straatman Koster Lawyers in March 2017.
