Natalya has been advising on legal and tax issues, mergers and acquisitions for Russian and international clients since 2004.

Natalya joined O2 Consulting team in 2008. Since 2015, Natalya is the Head of the Russian Legal and Tax Practice. And in 2018 she became a Partner of O2 Consulting

At О2 Consulting Natalya has been involved in structuring complex corporate relations, transactional advice and assistance to the company’s key clients; she manages projects on M&A deals, legal and tax Due Diligence, as well as complex corporate and tax structuring of assets and businesses.

Natalya is a leading company’s expert in corporate law and deal structuring under Russian law, Russian and international tax planning.
