Position

Rodolphe Cavroy is a partner at Kalliopé. He has developed in-depth and broad-based experience in project finance / PPP, acquisition and asset finance, syndicated and structured finance (LBOs, MBOs), real estate finance and investment funds.

He has acknowledged project finance expertise in the renewable energy (photovoltaic, wind energy, biomass) transportation and infrastructure sectors and in real estate investment schemes (OPCIs).

He also contributes to corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters in association with his partners.

His principal clients are banks, financial institutions and companies specialising in the industrial and real estate sectors.

Career

Rodolphe Cavroy has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2003. Prior to joining Kalliopé in 2013, Rodolphe practised for five years with Krief Gordon & Associés (2003-2008) and for five years in the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets Department of De Pardieu Brocas Maffei (2008-2013).
