Zoe Lungu’s practice focuses on corporate counseling and commercial litigation. She advises particularly in relation to the making of the decisions process in the general assemblies of companies and in relation to contractual disputes.

Throughout her career, Zoe Lungu has represented domestic and foreign clients in complex commercial litigation and insolvencies in a range of industries, including financial services, oil & gas, entertainment and communications, food manufacturing, heavy equipment manufacture, telecommunications and healthcare etc.

Career

Zoe Lungu graduated the University of Bucharest Law School (2001). She also holds a LL.M diploma in Business of Affairs from “Titu Maiorescu” University, Bucharest (2010).

She is a member of the Bucharest Bar (2002).
