Career

Christophe Gerschel participated in the creation of Alerion in 2003. He started his career as a tax inspector (1989-1994) before joining the firm Bignon Lebray.

Memberships

Christophe directs the Master’s in mergers and acquisitions at Saclay University and has been the Conference Master for the University since 1994 after teaching in Paris. He was appointed a tax expert by the European Union for the reform of the taxation system for investments by foreign countries. He was a member of the panel judging entries to the Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA) [National School of Administration] and a member of the commission monitoring professional championships of the national monitoring administration (Professional Football League) for nearly ten years. He is a lawyer at the Paris Bar and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Education

He holds the diploma of political studies from the University of Toulouse, a law doctorate from the Paris I University as well as its DEA in business law.
