Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2004, Gilles started his career at Gide, then he worked at White & Case, and finally at Clifford Chance, where he was appointed Counsel in 2012, before joining Alerion as a partner in 2020.

He is graduated from Sciences Po (1999, Economy and Finance Section), with a master’s degree in Business and Economic Law from University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is the author of many publications in the field of insolvency law, and he speaks regularly at conferences and colloquia.
