Position
Partner, Lucie Dolanská Bányaiová is widely recognized as highly experienced litigator representing reputable clients in complex commercial disputes as well as matters involving conflict of laws matters, such as recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements, including judgements originating in non-EU jurisdictions. She represents clients across the industry spectrum, including banking, development or food industry, relating to among others unfair competition, damages and insolvency litigation. Lucie also advises on a wide range of competition law matters including cartels, merger control and state aid. She represents clients in proceedings before the Office for Protection of Economic Competition regarding merger approval, prohibited antitrust conduct as well as in subsequent judicial review proceedings, including proceedings before the General Court of the EU.
