Position

Partner and Head of Construction, Real Estate & Land Development Law Practice. She has worked as legal counsel on many Corporate, Civil and Company law issues focusing to a significant extent on the real estate area. She divides her specialised practice between Real Estate and Land Development Law as well as Civil Law, Law of Public Works and Public Procurements. She has undertaken and personally handled most legal matters in major Real Estate projects such as renovation, reconstruction and management of central buildings. In addition, she is drafting on a regular basis all relevant contracts and service agreements (architectural, engineering, construction) and is involved in negotiation and handling of all tenants of the property, court proceedings, dealings and settlements, participation in the Board of Directors Meetings. Her experience in Public Works and Public Procurements includes drafting and carrying out public contests, participation in legal teams forming and issuing regulation for the commission of Services and studies of clients in co-operation with the relevant Public authorities and drafting of contracts agreements between all parties.

Career

Prior to joining the Firm, she held the post of legal advisor for a major law firm in Athens with many important clients in the Banking and Construction industries as well as major commercial Greek and international companies. She has also been the legal consultant of the publicly traded company of Gaiose SA, a real estate affiliate company of the Greek Railway Organization where she handled all legal matters of the company. She has further worked as an in-house legal advisor of the real estate and development company Landis S.A. handling similar legal matters as well as supporting the Managing Director of the company in every case that involves public authorities, restrictions, licenses, proceedings, etc.
