Career

Katerina leads our dynamic and highly motivating Banking & Finance Practice. With more than 15 years’ international experience in banking and finance, Katerina provides legal and regulatory advice on Treasury, Private Banking, Compliance, Asset Management and Custody departments. Managing risks for private banking clients and providing support and advice on a range of compliance matters in Greece and abroad.

 A substantial proportion of Katerina’s work focuses on servicing and advising premium brands in Project Finance complex issues. Her extensive experience and thorough knowledge of Banking & Finance has made her a valued legal resource for clients. Katerina’s skills and creativity as a Legal Counsel and her ability to think out of the box is helping our clients to achieve their strategic goals.

 Before becoming a Partner at Andersen Legal in Greece, Katerina served as a Senior Compliance Officer at Credit Suisse AG (Zurich, Switzerland) and as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Credit Suisse (Athens Branch). Her extensive experience also includes 11 years as an in-house Legal Counsel at Eurobank Ergasias where she managed issues of crucial financing transactions.
