Mr Jérôme Commerçon
Jérôme Commerçon specialises in tax structuring of LBOs and management packages and, more generally, tax issues of M&A transactions.
Extremely familiar with accounting and finance practices, as well as legal aspects of estate planning, he has in-depth knowledge of both corporate and private tax issues, which enables him to design bespoke solutions for clients with a practical and transverse approach. He also has strong expertise in the fields of tax inspection and litigation.
Jérôme has over 15 years’ experience as a tax specialist. He started his career at Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Paris office and spent 8 years at Latham & Watkins’ Paris office, before joining Scotto & Associés in late 2015.
Jérôme speaks fluent French and English.
Jérôme is a member of Paris Bar and of HEC’s (French elite business high school) alumni.
Corporate tax post-grad degree from the University Paris Dauphine; Law and International management degree from HEC; DESCF – Postgraduate degree in accounting and financing.
