Career

Coralie Oger, M&A Partner, specializes mainly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and restructurings within the framework of national and cross-border transactions.

She regularly assists founders, managers and shareholders of numerous industrial groups and mid-sized companies and PMEs in the context of various operations, at all stages of their development (venture, M&A, restructurings, implementation of partnerships and JV, corporate governance and daily monitoring).

Coralie has a degree in International business law (Lyon III, 2000) and a master’s degree in international law and management (HEC, 2001). She began her career at Latham & Watkins in 2001 then joined FTPA Avocats in 2009 where she became counsel in 2011 and then partner a year later.

She is also a member of the IBA (International Bar Association), a member of the Paris Ponant Club of the APM and a member of the Trajectoires – HEC au Féminin team.
