Career

He started his professional career in 2000 in one of the first private law firms in Prague and was partner from 2006 to 2009, when he founded DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS. David specializes in Banking & Finance, M&A and litigation, representing important banks and corporations. David is a correspondent of the International Bar Association (IBA) and an arbitrator of the Arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and since 2016 has been appointed a member of the First Senate of the Appeals Commission at the Bank Board of the Czech National Bank.  Since 2012, David has been listed annually in The Legal 500 for Europe, Middle East & Africa as recommended lawyer for the areas of Banking, Finance and Capital markets.
