Career

Aleš Hradil has worked for DUNOVSKÁ & PARTNERS since 2014 and became an attorney in 2018 and junior partner in 2022. In the course of his master studies, he was vice-chairman of the Academic Senate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. In 2015 he was appointed to the office of the Remonstrance Committee of the Ministry of Finance.

Within the firm he focuses mainly on Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy, Banking & Finance and M&A including acquisition financing. Aleš Hradil also focuses on litigation, where he represents mainly banks in court actions.
