Aramis provides the full range of both litigation and advisory services under the leadership of Benjamin May; in recent highlights, the firm handled the negotiation of agreements with major banks, IT projects and data privacy compliance. Assisted by associate David Roche, May recently acted for Wirecard on the negotiation of a master agreement and several application contracts with Crédit Agricole for the procurement of multi-jurisdictional payment platforms. He also assisted Carrefour with the migration of its internal messaging services to a cloud-based system, which involved questions of data privacy and cybersecurity. On the contentious side, competition specialist Aurélien Condomines was part of the team which advised a major global financial institution on pre-litigation matters in a dispute with a major French IT infrastructure provider arising from the potential reduction of the latter's role in the client's new globalised structure.
