Dr. Attila Ungár, Founding Partner has worked with this firm and its predecessor for over 25 years. Between 2000-2001 he was working with the London Office of Clifford Chance.
Under Attila’s strong leadership since 2007, our Real Estate legal team has been expanding and constantly growing. It became a market leader in recent years, being one of the largest and most experienced legal real estate practices in Hungary. Attila led his team to CIJ Real Estate Awards “Law Firm of the Year” in 2016 and Europaproperty “Law Firm of the Year” Award in 2017 and 2018. Attila and the LKT Real Estate team participate as the sole sponsor law firm on the Budapest stand at the Munich Expo Real (the largest real estate event in Europe each year) for several years now.

In tandem with the firm’s finance and tax groups, the team assists with project financings, and asset and share deals. With 25 years’ experience in the sector, Attila Ungár leads the team. Ágnes Hegyi fields over 20 years’ experience in real estate transactions, as well as property management, construction and development. With expertise across various asset classes, including offices, shopping centres and hotels, Katalin Losonci advises on acquisition, development and leasing issues. Zsuzsanna Ilyés handles property operational matters, as well as advising on solar park and shopping centre projects. Specialising in the retail and office segment, Kata Molnár advises on international real estate transactions. In team news, Péter Berethalmi and Viktor Jéger joined from Nagy és Trócsányi Ügyvédi Iroda in January and March 2024, respectively.
