Career

Dr. Éva Bognár, counsel having over 20 years of experience in the international legal profession, is the head of our employment and labour law practice, also working closely with our corporate department. She is a recognised advisor (top ranked by legal directories) on the full scope of labour law issues, in particular, advising on restructuring schemes and redundancy programmes, SE transformation projects, conducting negotiations with works council, outsourcing of services, developing complex senior management employment contracts and executive terminations, labour disputes and litigation.

Éva has also extensive expertise in international legal environment, including cross-border M&A, complex deal management, coordination of multi-jurisdictional projects, joint ventures, corporate governance, general company law counseling, commercial agreements and company restructuring schemes. Éva also assists clients regarding challenges established by the COVID epidemic, EU-wide posting and teleworking schemes.
