In line with the government’s introduction of new legislation in 2023, the competition team at Lakatos, Köves and Partners noted an increase in instructions relating to the review of client whistleblowing policies. The group’s diverse clientele includes multinational corporations and foreign investors, and spans the real estate, telecoms, construction and life sciences sectors. Practice co-head Eszter Ritter has over 15 years’ experience, spanning antitrust, merger control and unfair competition cases.
