Gary is a highly experienced International Tax Partner and is an expert on tax disputes and investigations. He handles very high-profile disclosures, disputes and tax investigations, building a reputation as a leading offshore tax risk and investigation tax expert in the Private Client arena.

Gary is a leading expert on the developing taxation of the digital economy. He is also an expert on the OECD Base Erosion Profit Shifting (BEPS), and the development of the international taxation of cross border matters, particularly technology linked.

He is an expert on International Exchange of Information matters and increasing transparency in Tax matters. He is an expert on the UK Offences associated with the Failure to Prevent the Facilitation of Tax Evasion.

He is also an author for Serious Tax Investigations and International Tax Investigations Chapters in the Bloomsbury HMRC Investigations Handbook.
