The busy team at Harbottle & Lewis LLP advises corporate foundations, media-related fundraising charities and not-for-profit organisations on issues such as mergers and reorganisations, as well as innovative funding and investment models. Under the direction of David Scott and Colin Howes, the excellent team frequently works with the firm’s reputation management group to help clients that face public scrutiny. In addition, it has been working with its private client colleagues to advise on the establishment of philanthropic foundations. At associate level, May Delaney has a varied practice; she has recently advised trustees on their investments in NFTs, and assisted with placing a high-profile charity into dormancy.
