Jean-Guy de Ruffray focuses his activities on IT law and intellectual property law, both as an advisor and a litigator.

He notably accompanies his clients in patent, trademark and copyright law, as well as in data protection law, digital law, database licenses, contracts related to the exploitation of websites and mobile applications, all with a strong international dimension.

He has taught within the Development Institute International’s certificate of specialization in intellectual property and new technologies, and is currently teaching on the themes “international aspects of intellectual property”, “arbitration and intellectual property” and “cybersecurity”.
