Frank Valentin, Partner and member of the Paris bar since 1998, has developed significant experience in complex and strategic intellectual property litigation, especially in a digital environment.

He advises major web content and service providers, including US production studios, as well as international media platforms.

He manages patent litigation for important players in the fields of information technology and life sciences.

For the past ten years he has also taught Master 2 law students at the University of Paris IX a course dedicated to industrial property litigation (patent and trademark and design).
