Career

Marie Hindré, a member of the Paris Bar since 2000, joined ADVANT Altana as a partner in 2016.

Before joining ADVANT Altana, Marie Hindré worked at the firm Rambaud Martel, then joined the French office of the American law firm Proskauer, where she created the competition law practice. She then went on to create and lead the 8-person practice at DLA Piper.

Marie Hindré has been distinguished by Décideurs, Best Lawyers and Legal 500.

Marie Hindré is mainly active in the merger control, antitrust and State aids practice areas. Her core sectors are construction, infrastructure, IT and energy, in which she advises and assists large groups and companies, in all their competition law related concerns since more than 20 years.

Marie Hindré has particularly developed her expertise in the energy sector during these recent years, in which she holds an extensive knowledge and background, and enlarged this expertise with other partners at ADVANT Altana in additional areas of skills.

She also developed a recognized practice in the distribution area, assisting industrial in their day-to-day business, and helping either to the launching or the development of new branches.

Marie Hindré is also an active member of the Association des Avocats pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence, participating in their think tanks active in the association contribution to public consultation on the improvement of the competition rules.
