Louis des Cars specializes in the resolution of large-scale disputes and litigation in the Public Economic law and Construction law domains. He holds particular expertise in public procurement contracts (drafting and discharging of contracts), mainly involving hospitals, transport infrastructures and telecommunications installations, and in private construction transactions (disputes between project owners and builders, subcontracting). He also actively represents clients in litigation relating to town planning approvals.
