Career

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1995, Philippe Goossens is highly recognized and experienced in litigation matters. Mr. Goossens has a particular focus on financial and employment disputes affecting major French and international groups and figures.

An active contributor to the legal press, he is also recognized for his in-house risk awareness training programs he and his team presents to clients’ employees, including a video presentation distributed throughout a leading international construction group for their Risk Awareness initiative and a series of interactive presentations for a global leader specialized in geotechnical and civil engineering. He is also very active in assisting his clients with the implementation of the Sapin II law and the new mandatory anti-corruption measures it introduced.
