Maksym Maksymenko is a Partner at AVELLUM and the Head of Real Estate and Infrastructure.

For two years in a row, he also gave lectures at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

Maksym devoted his PhD thesis to optimisation of land use structure in Ukraine. Maksym aimed to facilitate such land use, which will streamline the economic growth for the benefit of Ukrainian society with minimal negative impact on the environment.
