Fatma CİMEN provides legal consultancy services on Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Construction and Real Estate Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law and Dispute Resolution methods to local and international clients operating in different sectors.

Fatma CİMEN advises international investors and companies on the negotiation, review and drafting of Labour Agreements, Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreements, Collective Agreements.

She also provides comprehensive legal services in the area of Labour Law, including:

    • Rights of employees and employers during union organization and disputes arising during the exercise of these rights
    • Disputes arising from the interpretation of collective bargaining agreements and cases claiming union compensation
    • Recourse lawsuits filed by the Social Security Institution arising from work accidents
    • Follow-up of service determination cases
    • Representation of our clients before the courts

Fatma CİMEN is also specialized in filing complaints against the actions of enforcement and bankruptcy offices, filing a lawsuit for the cancellation of the objection and the removal of the objection, the execution of the suspension of execution, negative declaration and reclamation cases, and the follow-up and execution of appropriation cases.

She advises local and international clients operating in various sectors including food, cosmetics, household supplies, energy, construction, health and medical devices, petroleum and lubricants on the preparation, review and negotiation of purchase and sale Agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, agency agreements, settlement agreements and ordinary partnership agreements.

Fatma ÇİMEN has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on legal matters related to Construction and Real Estate Law, in particular:

    • Title deed cancellation and registration cases
    • Rent determination, rent adaptation and eviction cases
    • Appeals and litigation processes against zoning plans
    • Follow-up of cadastral applications and related lawsuits

She acts for local and international companies operating in different sectors in the area of Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, especially in the detection of rights violations within the scope of combating counterfeit and piracy, search and seizure applications and execution of the process, seizure of counterfeit and pirated products found at customs and related administrative, legal and criminal applications, request for destruction of seized products and disputes arising from these issues.

In the area of Administrative Law, she provides legal services on the preparation, interpretation and supervision of public tender specifications and administrative contracts, participation in public tenders, cancellation of public tenders and termination of contracts, lawsuits against the decisions of the Public Procurement Authority, and the follow-up and execution of annulment lawsuits against the decisions of the Public Procurement Authority.

In addition, she is specialized in expropriation issues, and in this context, especially

    • Cancellation of expropriation and correction of material errors
    • Determination of expropriation value and registration processes
    • Lawsuits for increasing the expropriation price
    • Revocation lawsuits
