Alexandra is experienced in corporate, commercial and banking law, providing legal support and counseling services to credit and financial institutions as well as international and domestic corporations. She advises clients on their entry into the Greek market and provides support with respect to the incorporation of entities and their daily corporate & business needs. She has assisted in closing transactions that include sale and acquisition of companies, as well as projects of portfolio purchase. She has also demonstrated experience in complex project finance and NPL’s restructuring. Alexandra joined Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership in 2018.
Prior to joining Platis – Anastassiadis & Associates Law Partnership, Alexandra was a Senior Associate Lawyer at a prominent Athens-based Law Firm.
