Eleftherios is primarily focused on bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency commercial and civil law. He provides legal advice and litigation on the effect of all kinds of insolvency proceedings, development and execution of restructuring strategies for companies and legal entities, negotiation and structuring of resolution agreements under the Bankruptcy Code, support on debt-recovery matters, participation in bankruptcy proceedings, development and execution of special administration/liquidation proceedings, underwriting of NPLs portfolios, management of NPLs.
Before joining Platis-Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Eleftherios worked in a major Greek law firm in the fields of bankruptcy, restructuring, insolvency, Judicial and Extrajudicial Restructuring, civil, commercial and Financial Criminal Law.
