Giorgos is experienced in the fields of financial regulation, commercial law and M&A transactions. He provides guidance and legal advice in respect to the establishment and day-to-day operation of regulated entities, with particular focus on credit institutions, investment firms and payment institutions.

Before joining Platis – Anastassiadis and Associates Law Partnership, Giorgos worked for a boutique law firm in Athens specializing in capital markets, banking and M&A.

With a background in IT, Giorgos holds a LL.B. from the Democritus University of Thrace (Faculty of Law, 2017) and a LL.M. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (Faculty of Law) on Corporate Law and Finance (2019).
