Enkelejd is a Partner of the Firm acting as Head of Corporate and Competition Practice and an experienced lawyer working with KALO & ASSOCIATES for over 10 years. He has consolidated his expertise in the field of all aspects of corporate issues including but not limited to, complex business restructuring, financing M&A, also preparing DD Reports, qualified Legal Opinions; licensing procedures, regulatory approvals etc.

He regularly provides legal advice to international clients on competition and anti-trust issues especially in telecommunication, oil and gas, automotive industry, aviation, banking etc. and intermediates between companies and relevant state organs for the obtainment of licenses, public contracts, authorizations and legal clarifications.

His practice focuses on the advisory services in various projects that are awarded to the clients of the firm through public tenders, drafting of due diligence reports, mergers and acquisitions, merger control, preparation of incorporation and registration documents and any other corporate related matters.
