Career
Vesela advises on all aspects of employment law and compliance with the regulatory framework in place. She has extensive experience in structuring and drafting employment agreements, statutory internal rules and procedures, drafting and implementation of specific internal procedures such as implementation of share option plans, whistleblowing systems, etc. She also advises on matters related to Societa Europea, dismissal and redundancy schemes as well as all issues, related to temporary agency work and data protection. She defends clients’ interests in unfair dismissal cases and data protection issues.
Vesela’s high level of expertise in these areas is well recognized in Bulgaria and within the structures of number of international organizations. As leading data protection expert, during the past four years Vesela was invited for speaker and trainer of number of conferences and webinars in Bulgaria and Europe, organized by reputable educational establishments and organizations such as Economedia, ICT Media, ERA – Academy of European Law, the Employment Law Alliance. Vesela is also an author of number of publications regarding data protection and privacy focused in different sectors of business.
Vesela joined Dinova Rusev & Partners in August, 2009 as an associate having experience as an intern at Ministry of Science and Education and as an intern and associate at the Tax and Legal Department of Ernst and Young Bulgaria. In her spare time, Vesela is acting in non-professional theatres. She enjoys travelling, reading different kind of books and listening to music. She is fluent in English.
