Position

Associate – Manager of Innovations and Security divisions.

Experienced lawyer, Marine Hardy joined ITLAW Avocats in 2018. She provides feasibility studies, project audits, compliance and evaluation of new innovative solutions.

In the field of security and cybersecurity, she ensures the teams’ coaching and the audit of enterprise procedures and related contracts. In the event of cyber attacks, Marine Hardy and the firm take any legal action necessary to recover from the crisis and lead the proceedings before the civil and / or criminal courts.

Defence of E-reputation is an issue Marine Hardy secures with different legal actions: defamation and abuse, civil action under ordinary law, enforcement action against technical intermediaries…

As regards consultancy and negotiation of IT projects, she works on systems integration, IT services contracts, implementation of dematerialisation and protection of software creations.
In the area of litigation, Marine provides her expertise for the definition and assessment of damages: project drift, ending of IT projects, failure in providing services.

Marine conducts training courses on topics relating to contracts and on innovations related matters, as part of our partnership with professional organisations.

Marine’s articles are published in Le Monde du Droit, Le Journal du management juridique as well as in the Village de la Justice.

Career

From 2012 to 2018, Marine Hardy worked for Alain Bensoussan over a year and for Iteanu Avocats for approximatively 4 years, in both firm as a lawyer. The two firms are specialised in IT law.

The team was significant bolstered by the arrival of new head of the data protection sub-group Odile Jami-Caston from the Ministry of Justice and the addition of intellectual property and media team head Jean-Christophe Ienné. The department is led by Claudia Weber, who recently assisted clients with the negotiation of SaaS contracts alongside associate Marine Hardy. In other highlights, the group reviewed a number of contracts with regard to GDPR compliance requirements, and acted for two major car manufacturers on the implementation of three digital platforms.

Le cabinet a récemment renforcé ses effectifs en accueillant: Odile Jami-Caston, juriste experte, anciennement chef du bureau Informatique et libertés de la Chancellerie, qui devient directrice du pôle données personnelles et RGPD du cabinet; et Jean-Christophe Ienné, anciennement membre du cabinet Stefanaggi Avocats, qui lui a été nommé directeur des pôles propriété intellectuelle et industrielle, médias et audiovisuel et internet du cabinet. La boutique est dirigée par Claudia Weber qui a récemment assisté plusieurs clients pour la négociation de contrats SaaS, secondée notamment par la collaboratrice Marine Hardy. Le cabinet a également été sollicité pour vérifier la conformité de plusieurs contrats de ses clients du point du vue de la réglementation RGPD.
