He specialises in national and European energy regulatory issues, energy policy and compliance matters.

He also represents companies in litigation proceedings (commercial, civil and administrative) and in national and international arbitration.

Mladen has over 18 years of post-qualification practical experience gained in the local offices of large international firms as well as in-house.
