Kinstellar covers various IP matters but has particular expertise in advising on the IP rights of UK and US companies outsourcing work to Bulgarian subcontractors, for example copyrighted works such as software solutions. To this end, the firm is frequently approached by tech companies, but also works with cryptocurrency exchanges and gaming companies, which is an area of expertise for Georgi Kanev, who also frequently covers IP issues relating to M&A matters.
