Position

Minos van Joolingen is specialized in Competition law and partner at BANNING. He has extensive experience in advising and litigating on cartels, the abuse of dominant position and merger notifications. He represents companies in proceedings before the European Commission, the Netherlands Competition Authority and civil courts. Career

Minos worked for many years in a European and Competition law practice group in Brussels prior to joining BANNING in 2007. He currently leads their European and Competition practice group.
