Career

Davide advises Italian and foreign clients in the field of shipping and transportation law, on both in litigation and non-litigation matters and has extensive experience in cargo claims, charter party disputes, arrests, collisions, sale and purchase of ships, international trade law and insurance law. He also has an in-depth knowledge of the yachting sector and port law.
Davide is a trusted consultant for some of the most relevant terminal operators, warehousing and logistic companies and international freight forwarders. He often acts for insurance companies, ship owners and P&I Clubs in disputes regarding marine claims, damaged cargo and marine pollution.

Davide has been a member of the Law Firm since 2019.
He previously gained broad experience in the shipping, transport (both national and international) and insurance law sectors having been involved in these areas for over 15 years.
