Career

He was a member of the Law Firm from 2006 until 2010 and has been back since 2015.
He has worked for major law firms such as Castaldi Mourre & Partners, De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani and Bonelli Erede Pappalardo.
During his career, he has been outsourced two years to the “Eutelsat Broadband” business unit of the Eutelsat Group – the European leader in the satellite communications sector.

As a business lawyer, he primarily focuses on corporate and commercial law with particular reference to M&A, Private Equity, club deals, cross-border investments and national and international commercial contracts.
He has gained significant experience in cross-border transactions with Arab countries and France and mainly assists clients operating in the fields of luxury goods and services, TMT, digital economy, automotive, healthcare and real estate/construction.
He also assists a number of startups in their scaling-up process from their creation until exit.
