Managing partner Jacob Steinmetz advises institutional investors, including Psagot Investment House and Menora Mivtachim Insurance, on corporate bond investments, and is also assisting Rani Zim Shopping Centers with its preparation for an IPO on the TASE. In a standout matter, Gurman advised VTB Bank on a $160m financing agreement with a private company owned by Lev Leviev. In the domestic market, Steinmetz is acting for Clal Insurance in relation to a NIS650m loan provided to the Tel Aviv Municipality. Liav Israel advises institutional lenders on domestic and cross-border finance transactions, particularly in the real estate sector.
