Position

Erik Wendelboe Christiansen advises national and international enterprises, public authorities and organisations in public law, employment law, contract and tort law. He is an experienced litigator, having conducted many key cases within his areas of expertise for both businesses and public clients. Erik advises on all aspects of employment law with special focus on management and public sector employment. Erik has many years’ experience as advisor to public and semi-public enterprises and institutions concerning the special regulations governing public enterprises, administrative law and municipal law. Erik has authored a number of books and articles on employment law and public law issues and is an experienced lecturer.

Horten handles a broad range of matters across the employment sphere, known chiefly for the team’s work pertaining to executive liability, TUPE legislation, handling of collective agreements, disputes with former employees, M&A and M&A-related employment law matters. The team also assists a large number of Danish municipalities, including the City of Copenhagen and the City of Aarhus.
