Position

Finn Schwarz is specialised in employment law, general commercial law and tort and insurance law and has many years’ experience as advisor to Danish and international enterprises within a wide range of business sectors. He is an experienced litigator and has conducted numerous cases before the High Courts and the Supreme Court. He is a licensed administrator with the Probate Court of Frederiksberg and often acts as arbitrator and mediator. Finn has published a large number of books and teaches employment law, the law of tort and other subjects in connection with courses arranged by DJØF (the Association of Danish Lawyers and Economists) and other course providers. He also writes regularly for Karnov’s newsletter Arbejdsmiljø ABF.
