Position

Line Markert advises on the legal relations of municipalities, the special matters concerning municipal companies and municipal company law. She especially advises on questions relating to the interface between public handling of assignments and commercial activities.
Line is specialised in advising energy and supply utilities and municipally owned companies, e.g. municipally owned harbours. The advice covers companies’ regulatory framework and advice to and sparring with the daily management and the board of directors, for instance based on her own expertise as board member.
Line has special expertise within realisation of complex projects, for instance development projects, inter-municipal climate adaptation projects, establishment of cooperation within the supply area and restructuring of municipally owned harbours.
