Position

Thomas Krucov Jensen primarily advises on real estate, including purchase, sale and financing of real estate, lease agreements, rent legislation, environmental law and construction law. Thomas advises Danish and international enterprises, a number of municipalities and municipal communities. He has a thorough knowledge of the real estate business and the building sector as well as of public regulations in this area. Thomas has advised in connection with purchase of business properties and real estate portfolios in Denmark and abroad, including limited partnership projects.
Thomas has participated as adviser in a large number of open tender procedures and is also experienced in drafting tender documents regarding leases, drafting of lease agreements and legal advice in connection with rent and lease disputes.
